Residents in a housing crisis should contact the Central Homeless Intake Unit at Monmouth County Social Services during normal business hours., For inquiries outside of normal business hours, residents can contact NJ 211. These steps are recommended before contacting additional services listed on this page. For concerns not related to immediate homelessness, residents should call the Monmouth ACTS Navigation System Warm Line.

  • Mental Health Association - Community Support Services have access to apply for DMHAS vouchers for individual with a Serious Mental Illness.
  • STAR Program (732) 367-4700 x7550 - Preferred Behavioral Health's Support Team for Addiction Recovery is a substance disorder-based/focused case management program that takes individuals living with serious substance abuse.
