Transitional Housing

Linkages is our transitional housing program located in Tinton Falls that provides residential services for homeless families. Through intensive case management, the program promotes their self-sufficiency and entry into stable, independent living situations and ensures that vocational, medical and essential needs of parents and children are secured. 

All referrals must come from the Monmouth County Board of Social Services.

Eligibility	Referred by Monmouth County Division of Social Services Central Intake.
