Thank you to everyone who registered for our 2024 Summer Season!

We wanted to let you know that we have experienced some technical delays in the process of getting our acceptance and waitlist letters ready. We expect we should be able to send them out by the end of this upcoming week (March 10th). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

2024 Registration Opens on CampBrain on February 3rd, 2024, at noon.

We are excited to announce our registration will take place on CampBrain this year!

A link to register will be available on the Camp Jotoni and the Arc of Somerset County Websites, and released through our email communications. Once you complete the application and pay a $75 registration fee, you should receive email confirmation that your application has been submitted. If you do not receive this, please contact us.

For DDD-funded campers, please note that since the registration fee is a processing fee, it is non- refundable through the supports budget.

This coming summer, we will be changing the schedule of sessions to increase the quantity of campers we are able to serve. The dates and costs for the 2024 season are below:

• Day Camp Week 1: 6/24 - 6/28 ($807.45)
• Residential Week 2&3: 6/30 - 7/12 ($4,033.17)
• Residential Week 4: 7/14 -7/19 ($1,774.69)
• Residential Week 5: 7/21 -7/26 ($1,774.69)
• Residential Week 6: 7/28 - 8/2  ($1,774.69)
• Residential Week 7: 8/4 - 8/9   ($1,774.69)
• Residential Week 8: 8/11 - 8/16  ($1,774.69)
• Day Camp Week 9: 8/19 - 8/23 ($807.45)

When registering, please make sure you have the following information available:

• If funded by DDD or PerformCare, please have your camper's ID number ready
  • DDD - MIS number (6 digits) see your Support Coordinator for assistance
  • PerformCare - Cyber ID number
•  If funded by DDD please have your camper's DDD tier available.
• At least one emergency contact's name and phone number

We will be releasing a video tutorial that walks camp families step-by-step through the registration process so that you are able to gain more understanding of this new process before registration opens. We expect this to be released by Thursday night February 1st, at the latest.

As always, we will be available before during and after the registration process on Saturday to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

Camp Jotoni is moving the registration process this year to a camp management software called CampBrain. To ensure an easy registration process when registration opens (this Saturday, February 3rd at noon!), we have created a tutorial video for you.
