MTN Organization, Inc "Enrich Your Community", as a non-profit organization promotes and encourage others to be actively involved in making a difference.

We show respect, love and compassion towards people from all walks of life no matter what their circumstance. Regardless of race, gender, religion or ethnicity, we provide to the best of our ability. It is our endeavor to reach all in our communities with our food pantry that promotes a healthier way of eating and living.  MTN currently goes out to feed the homeless and those who are economically disadvantaged weekly in various cities throughout NJ providing them with groceries, toiletries, clothes shoes/sneakers, and furniture. MTN is dedicated to enriching the lives of others.

Since 2010 we have provided toys to children ages 1-17 who are awaiting adoption and placement, living in shelters based on domestic violence, abuse, neglect , runaway and children who are economically disadvantaged.  MTN has been able to put smiles on faces that would not otherwise be there.  The holidays are a special time and Meet the Need tries to ensure that's not lost based on circumstances.  This project was named RJ’s Toy Chest in 2014 to honor the memory of our son who lived only a day.  We are comforted, knowing his tiny memory lives on in such a big and special way.

In 2015, we added Friends Feed Homeless and provided individuals in Asbury Park, New Brunswick and Newark NJ with blankets, scarves, gloves, hats, toiletries, bagged lunch, warm clothing and shoes. Since then we have added a stop in Lakewood and Neptune, NJ.  MTN provides care packages to over 500 homeless each year.

Every February we visit local nursing homes and Veterans to spread love with Valentine’s Day cards and stuffed animals along with cookies.  This project is our Bears of Care.  We like to let the elderly and those receiving rehabilitation services know we are thinking of them and we care. MTN involves local elementary students by encouraging them to make homemade cards as part of their writing and art assignments. Some of those same students volunteer to visit and pass out the items.  The residents enjoy the visits and the students are moved by the lives they touch.

In 2017, MTN added Packs of Success to promote education. We partnered with 4 schools, 2 local shelters and families in need throughout Monmouth, Ocean and Essex to ensure 500 students received back pack filled with school supplies. These students were provided all the essential items needed to start their school year off in the right direction.

This year we have added a Pop Up Pantry to feed homeless, families in need and anyone who visits regardless if they could pay or not.  This is a free pantry to help economically disadvantaged, promote a healthier way of living and reduce hunger.

We hope to add in 2018 a project called Military Care Mission. This would allow us to send our brave troops care packages of gratitude for their service.  Each package would include toiletries, non perishable food and snack items along with crossword puzzles, journals and other entertainment items to lighten and brighten their time away from home.
