A program of the Mental Health Association of Monmouth County, the Red Bank Resource Network is a free bilingual community walk-in center that provides comprehensive health, housing, food, social, and financial resources to individuals and families.
The program focuses on skills development to improve overall wellness, offering:
- Information and referral, including Covid-19 and connections to Social Services
- Benefits applications assistance (health insurance, SNAP, etc.)
- Emergency rental assistance
- Utility payment programs
- Financial resources
- Outpatient counseling and mental health support groups
- Job search and resume-building
- Work and rent affidavit letters
- Basic translation services
- Notary services

We offer complimentary access to computer workstations with high-speed internet. Fax services are available.
