Our Youth Coaching and Leadership Program (YCLP) is intended to serve youth, between ages 12-17 years old, who have been affected by trauma or other adverse experiences. Service activities will focus on addressing three primary areas that become dysregulated when impacted by adversity or traumatic experience (arousal, cognition, and interpersonal). Participants will be introduced to six (6) critical self-help strategies designed to heal from adversity (trauma) and build resilience.  This project will function as a hybrid activity to include 2 hours of in-person, 2 times weekly, between 5-7 pm on Monday and Thursday and one virtual session for a duration of 1 hour per week from 6-7 pm on Wednesday.

Eligibility	Must be between 12-17 years old, be able to move body to exercise/dance, have access to internet
