We now host a mental health support group on Thursday nights at 6:30 pm, in our fellowship hall. Anyone over 18 years of age is welcome. You have stress in your life, fighting anxiety or depression or any other mental distress or are a family member of someone experiencing difficulty? Join a group of peers to share your experience.

Our Youth Coaching and Leadership Program (YCLP) is intended to serve youth between ages 12-17 years old, who have been affected by trauma or other adverse experiences. Service activities will focus on addressing three primary areas that become dysregulated when impacted by adversity or traumatic experience (arousal, cognition, and interpersonal).
