The Keyport Primary Care Center is operated by the VNACJ Community Health Center (Visiting Nurse Association of Central Jersey). Located in Keyport, New Jersey, it is a Federally Qualified Health Center that provides comprehensive care for the entire family, including integrated behavioral health.

Our locations and hours of operation are intended to best meet the needs of you and your family. In general, our locations are open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Each location offers a variable schedule of evening hours.

We have one CHC location open on Saturday, from 8:30am to 5pm. The first patient appointment will be at 8:40 am, and the last appointment will be at 4pm.

• 1st Saturday of the month: Asbury Park
• 2nd Saturday of the month: Freehold
• 3rd Saturday of the month: Keyport
• 4th Saturday of the month: Red Bank
