The Mobile County Connection
Monmouth County Clerk Christine Giordano Hanlon has joined with County Sheriff Shaun Golden and County Surrogate Maureen T. Raisch to deliver the services of their constitutional offices directly into communities across Monmouth County.
The Mobile County Connection goes on the road and visits several municipalities, libraries, and senior communities throughout the year. Staff from the three County government offices are housed in a large mobile command center to provide information and services to residents.

Monmouth County Surrogate
The Monmouth County Surrogate is responsible for the administration of the services offered by the Surrogates Court. In addition, they serve as Clerk to Superior Court, Chancery Division, Probate Part, and Clerk to Family Part for adoptions.
