The Thrift Shop
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday from 10:00 am-1:00 pm?

The Thrift Shop is in a small brick building located on the church property. Donations of clothing and household items are received from a wide variety of sources. The items are then screened and arranged for display by volunteers. The inventory is offered at prices that make it accessible to people in need.

St. Brigid's Pantry
Mondays and Wednesdays from 11:00 am-1:00 pm?

At Saint Brigid's, we want to involve the whole community in a way that teaches empathy, encourages respect, and nurtures compassion. St. Brigid's Pantry welcomes the stranger, feeds the hungry, and relieves the struggles of some 50 or 60 people in our community every week. The people we serve are our neighbors and friends.

Referrals from social service agencies and pre-registration are not required. Clients may register during our normal operating hours and are asked to provide the following:

  • Photo Identification
  • Proof of residence (must be a resident of Monmouth or Ocean Counties)
  • Birth certificate(s) for those listing children under age 18
  • Evidence of participation in TANF, SNAP, SSI, WIC, Medicaid or statement of limited income.

Donations
Donations of perishable and non-perishable items are accepted Monday through Friday. Please contact the church office to arrange for drop off. (732) 222-1411.

Sarah's Feast
Mondays and Wednesdays from 11:00 am-1:00 pm?

Sarah's Feast was launched in 2007 to feed the hungry of our community. Sarah's Feast serves a wide variety of hot and healthy food. We are the grateful recipients of bread and baked goods from Panera Bread of Shrewsbury & Ocean. These donations supplement the USDA foods received from Fulfill as well as items purchased through monetary donations. Meals are prepared and served to coincide with the food distribution from St. Brigid‘s Pantry. This program provides an atmosphere of welcome and fellowship.

Interested in volunteering?
Volunteers are always needed. The donations we receive from local churches, community groups, and schools are sorted by volunteers, placed on shelves, and bagged for distribution. For more information, please contact Mr. Dominique Perez, the Chef, at (732) 222-1411.
