Based out of the beautiful beaches of Deal NJ, Shteig & Surf Camp LLC is here to bring the joy of surfing and learning to everyone! We are fully licensed, insured, and certified!

The camp is owned and operated by Nathan Shamie, an ocean-certified lifeguard with over 17 years of surfing, and over 10 years of surf instructing experience.

Based out of the beautiful beaches of Deal NJ, Shteig & Surf Camp is here to bring the joy of surfing and Torah learning to everyone! We are fully licensed, insured and certified! The camp is owned and operated by Nathan Shamie, an ocean certified lifeguard, with over with 17 years of surfing, and over 10 years of surf instructing experience.

We focus on water safety, ocean awareness, and surfing fundamentals. Together with an amazing hand-picked staff of experienced surfers and watermen, we offer low student to teacher ratios, enabling us to focus on each camper individually, giving your child his own tailored surf instruction. Our core program fundamentals are designed specifically for ages 9-17 with little or no experience necessary.
