The Prosper Foundation is a non-profit organization founded in Asbury Park, New Jersey, that provides free supportive mental wellness services and programs to children, adolescents, and young adults. We believe mental wellness of the youth and young adults is vital, and together we can bring awareness to the importance of accessible mental health services within the community.

The Prosper Youth Program
Get ready to empower your child's mental health and emotional well-being with the Prosper Youth Program! Our free program is designed for children and adolescents aged 7-12 and runs in 6-week increments. With a focus on mental health education, our staff provides a safe and supportive space for youth to develop emotional regulation, social skills, interpersonal skills, and healthy coping strategies. Plus, we offer in-person and off-site options for schools, after-school programs, and local organizations.

Let's Talk About It Wellness Program
Offers virtual therapy sessions for children, adolescents, and young adults between the ages of 12 and 21 years old. Our services are provided by a culturally competent licensed clinician and are free of charge. This program is only available to New Jersey residents.

Mind Your Head Self-Care groups
Provide a supportive environment for youth ages 13-17 to learn about different coping strategies and topics related to mental health. Our mental health professionals lead discussions on topics such as anxiety, depression, positive self-talk, time management, stress management, and mindfulness. Participants are encouraged to share their own experiences and engage in meaningful conversations.
