Through Propel Life, we also offer Rock Steady Boxing, a non-contact boxing-inspired fitness program for individuals living with Parkinson’s disease. Sessions are available at your preferred location or at our Ocean Township training facility and are offered in one-on-one, semi-private, and group formats.
