The Prevention Resource Network (PRN) provides status-neutral, non-judgmental HIV, sexual health, and harm reduction services at our office in Asbury Park and on our mobile units at various locations throughout Monmouth and Ocean Counties.
Services are free of charge and confidential and include:
HIV and Syphilis testing, PrEP counseling, HIV case management, syringe access, Narcan distribution, STI screenings, Buprenorphine induction, a Transgender empowerment program, condom distribution, as well as Project REAL, a safe space for LGBTQ+ young adults ages 18-34. PRN is a part of the VNA of Central Jersey’s Children and Family Health Institute; the programs of PRN are funded by the NJ Department of Health, Division of HIV, STI, and TB Services.

Mobile Harm Reduction Center
Delivering services to towns in Monmouth and Ocean counties. The Network's aim is to provide a safe, non-stigmatizing space for people who use substances. It also offers a variety of services and helps coordinate treatment options for those seeking help with addiction from its office in Asbury Park.
