I am an LCSW and have been providing individual therapy for adolescents and adults for more than 13 years.  I use a solution focused modality and work often with those who are in need of resources and tools for coping with anxiety, panic, and stress. I work often with high school and college students navigating through life transitions. I am a certied nurtured heart approach trainer and work often with parents on navigating the unique challenges of raising children with social and emotional difficulties such as ADHD, SPD, ASD and/or ODD.
