Oak Leaf Trauma and Wellness Center is a small, specialized practice focusing on evidence-based treatment for trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship wellness. Our therapists have advanced training and years of experience helping clients move through deep emotional wounds toward meaningful healing. We offer treatments such as EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and more, and we work with women, men and teens ages 13 and up.

The Women's Center at Oak Leaf reflects our commitment to maternal mental health. We work with women struggling with fertility challenges, pregnancy-related mental health concerns, and postpartum anxiety and depression. We also support women throughout the lifespan who are dealing with PMDD, perimenopause, and other life transitions.

We offer in-person sessions in our Freehold office, as well as telehealth throughout New Jersey. We are primarily an out-of-network practice but we provide courtesy billing so that you can receive out of network reimbursement. We also have a limited number of in-network openings available.
