In 4-H, youth in grades K-13 (one year out of high school) are involved in various club activities ranging in topics from animals to healthy living to leadership to science, technology, and engineering.

Youth in grades K-3 are 4-H Cloverbud members who get to discover a variety of 4-H project areas. Standard members are in grades 4-13 and participate in clubs, competitions, and other special opportunities.

In partnership with the Monmouth County Park System, Monmouth County 4?H co-hosts the annual Monmouth County Fair at East Freehold Park in July. The Fair is a great opportunity for 4?H clubs and members to showcase the projects they have worked on throughout the year. The Monmouth County Fair is family-friendly, fun, and educational.
