Reformation Community Food Pantry and Clothes Closet
Our goal is to provide those in need with healthy, wholesome foods, and in-season clothing.
As part of the initial interview for benefits, we ask clients to please bring their ID and proof of address. If available, we also ask for proof of income so that we can more accurately refer clients for additional services in the community.
Food is accepted at the food pantry breezeway Monday-Friday and clothing and accessories are accepted in the yellow bin any time. The yellow bin is to your left after you enter the parking lot from Locust Ave.
- The Food Pantry is ONLY open every Tuesday from 7:00-8:30 pm
- The Clothes Closet is open on the 2nd, 4th, and 5th Saturdays from 8:00-10:00am
Begun over 30 years ago, the Reformation Community Food Pantry now provides food to close to 500 families each month. Every family is treated with respect and as if they are a member of our family. Clients are able to shop in our pantry for their own food with help from our volunteers. Each family must undergo an interview once per year with our staff. Our goal is to give each family we serve a hand-up by providing them not only with food each month but also a sympathetic ear and referrals to other social agencies as needed. Donations of all types of food are gratefully accepted as are cash donations. Volunteers are also always needed and welcomed.
The clothes closet accepts new or gently used clean in in-season clothing, shoes, and accessories throughout the year. Our goal is to provide our neighbors in need with clothing and accessories throughout the year. Unfortunately due to space limitations we cannot accept housewares or furniture. Nor can we accept out-of-season clothing for the same reason. Thank you for understanding
