FREE full-day preschool is now available to all Howell Township residents turning 3 or 4 on or before October 1. This program is funded through the NJ Department of Education - Division of Childhood Education.

To register, you must be a Howell Township resident and able to produce the child’s original birth certificate, current immunization records, a physical exam, and 2 proofs of residency (property tax bills, deeds, contracts of sale, leases, mortgages, and other evidence of property ownership, tenancy, or residency).
