Harbor MAT offers medication for opioid use disorders (MOUD) and substance use services. We also provide Outpatient Services, Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Co-occurring services including psychiatric evalutions and medication monitoring.

We provide personalized, evidence-based treatment services and ongoing recovery support to individuals, their families, and the community.

Our program combines an integrated approach to treatment. With our treatment staff, you will develop an individualized course of treatment based upon your strengths, needs, abilities, and preferences. Together we will create a personalized plan of recovery that can include individual, group, and family counseling.
