GLSEN Central New Jersey is a chapter of the Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network (GLSEN), the leading national education organization focused on ensuring safe schools for all students. GLSEN Central New Jersey serves the central portion of New Jersey. Having a population of 3.21 million residents, these seven counties include Burlington, Hunterdon, Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth, Ocean and Somerset. The Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network, or GLSEN, is working to ensure safe and effective schools for all students regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity.
