News: SNAP Benefits are Now Available
New Jersey issued full November 2025 Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits to eligible households on the morning of Friday, November 7, following a federal court ruling.
SNAP recipients are encouraged to check their Families First EBT cards at NJFamiliesFirst.com or by calling (800) 997-3333 to confirm their balances and use their benefits as needed.
SNAP benefits loaded on your Families First EBT card prior to Oct. 31 remain available for use as well.
Monmouth ACTS in My Community: Representatives will work locally onsite at designated locations throughout the County. Residents have access to someone who can assist with learning about and applying for programs like SNAP, NJ Family Care, and cash assistance
Women Infants & Children (WIC)
WIC is a preventive public health nutrition program that provides nutrition and breastfeeding education, nutritious foods, and improved access to regular health care and social services to low and moderate-income pregnant, postpartum and breastfeeding women and young children with, or at risk of developing nutrition-related health problems.
Senior Farmers’ Market Program
The Senior Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP) provides low-income seniors with access to locally grown fruits, vegetables, honey and herbs.
Commodity Supplemental Food Program
The Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP) works to improve the health of low-income elderly persons at least 60 years of age by supplementing their diets with nutritious, domestically sourced and produced food, known as USDA Foods.

New Jersey Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program-Education (SNAP-Ed) offers information on healthy eating and active lifestyle choices.
Good Food Bucks
City Green's Good Food Buck program is a SNAP-Doubling nutrition incentive program for fruits and vegetables at farmers markets, grocery stores, and other fresh-food retailers. For every $1 you spend with your SNAP Families First EBT Card at participating locations, you receive a Good Food Bucks coupon or discount for your fresh produce purchases.
Fresh Match Program
Fresh Match is a nutritional incentive program whose goal is to increase accessibility to fresh fruits and vegetables. We provide one dollar for every dollar spent on fresh fruits and vegetables, up to ten dollars each week, to customers using a store loyalty card, a store loyalty number, and SNAP benefits on a Families First card.
