Dr. Thomas Sowell Scholarship for African American or Hispanic Students at Freehold Regional High School

Neighborhood Connections to Health is pleased to announce the Dr. Thomas Sowell Scholarship.

This scholarship was established by our generous sponsor, Ralph P. Ross, to honor the esteemed economist, Dr. Thomas Sowell.

To be eligible, applicants must meet the following criteria:

*be a graduating high school senior attending a school within the Freehold Regional High School District (FRHSD)

  • *Reside in Freehold
  • *Must be African American or Hispanic.

Five $500 scholarships will be awarded to students pursuing studies in:

*Pre-law, arts, business, health and sciences, or education.

The deadline for application submission is April 1, 2025.
