The Community Engagement Network was established to facilitate outreach and engagement to connect residents with services and resources available through Monmouth ACTS. Monmouth ACTS is a public-private partnership bringing community partners together to effectively meet human service needs. Community Engagement Network is designed for outreach and engagement, through a two-way exchange of information, to bring the community the assistance needed to live a fulfilled life.
