CMRSS: Children's Mobile Response and Stabilization Services

(877) 652-7624

Mobile Response and Stabilization Services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to help children and youth who are experiencing emotional or behavioral crises.  The services are designed to defuse an immediate crisis, keep children and their families safe, and maintain the children in their own homes or current living situation (such as a foster home, treatment home or group home) in the community.

Primarily, the mobile response system is a face-to-face delivery of service at the site of the escalating behavior, whether this is the child's home, a group home or another living arrangement, including foster and adoption family homes. Mobile Response provides time limited, intensive, preventive service that include behavioral and rehabilitative interventions designed specifically to diffuse, mitigate and resolve an immediate crisis.
