Through the New Jersey Children's System of Care, PerformCare connects young people and their families statewide to the care they need to be well. For callers in Monmouth County, CPC will respond offering crisis de-escalation, safety planning and case management supports to children and families.
?CPC is available and ready to respond 24/7 and we are ready to assist with immediate crisis response, care management and in-home services including:
- Emotional and behavioral disorders
- School attendance or behavioral concerns
- Co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders
- Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities?
