What is the Child Day Program?
The Child Day Program (CDP) is a level of outpatient treatment that is more intensive than traditional weekly counseling. CDP provides small-group mental health programs that meet for
three hours three times a week. Each patient meets with their own doctor and therapists to
develop an individualized treatment plan, while applying evidence-based treatment approaches.

What issues can CDP address?
Symptoms related to ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Depression, and Anxiety among other
issues. CDP also treats serious behavioral issues and/or emotional concerns. Some common concerns treated include: tantrums, defiance, impulsivity, mild aggression, self-harm, suicidal thoughts/ gestures, peer relational issues, panic attacks, and self-esteem problems.

What services are included in CDP?
CDP includes case coordination with other providers, medication management, and a family
therapy component to address any family concerns and to offer parent and sibling support.
