NJ TRANSIT's ADA paratransit program known as Access Link was established to provide public transportation to people with disabilities who are unable to use the local bus service according to the American with Disabilities Act (ADA). You may ride with Access Link or any other NJ TRANSIT mode for some or all of your transportation needs.
Advocates in Action provides a variety of services to our community. Currently, we offer Support Coordination Services in Monmouth, Ocean, Middlesex, Warren, Morris and Passaic Counties. Advocates also provide comprehensive leadership and training programs for caregivers, leadership, and staff.
NJ FamilyCare is a federal and state-funded health insurance program created to help qualified New Jersey residents of any age access to affordable health insurance. NJ FamilyCare is for people who do not have employer insurance.
Positive Development provides neurodiversity affirming services to youth (birth-21) diagnosed with autism using an evidence-based developmental model of care --delivered by an integrated team of Mental Health Clinicians, Occupational & Speech Therapists & Developmentally-Trained Paraprofessionals. Approved by Medicaid.

The No Limits Cafe (NLC) Suzanne Hatfield Training Program is to help additional adults with intellectual disabilities find meaningful employment and lead productive, successful lives. Our specialty is in the area of housing low to moderate income families. The HHA consists of two developments. We have a family development, Jennie Parker Manor, which consists of 30 units, and a senior facility, Ptak Towers, which consists of 95 units.
4-H Youth Development Program of New Jersey. In 4-H, youth in grades K-13 (one year out of high school) are involved in various club activities ranging in topics from animals to healthy living to leadership to science, technology, and engineering.

CentraState Healthcare System, a partner of Atlantic Health System, is a fully accredited, not-for-profit, community-based health system that provides comprehensive health services in the central New Jersey region.
The group is open for adult members of the community who have experienced the loss of a loved one. The private groups provide a safe, non-judgmental space for participants to share their emotions and struggles.
The JF&CS of Greater Monmouth County continues to serve the community with more than 30 needed and imaginative programs.
All recovery-focused services are in-person. Transportation is available.
The Kosher Meals on Wheels program provides food to clients who are isolated, frail, and vulnerable. We deliver Kosher meals to clients throughout Monmouth County weekly.
This program is for children, ages 9-17, who are strong ocean swimmers and can run for at least 10 minutes without stopping. Belmar Jr. Guards runs Monday-Thursday for 4 weeks in July.
