Summer Program, Saturday Social Skills groups, Young Adult Groups, Teen Travel 

Camp Excel focuses on developing social skills and the social awareness necessary for better relationships with other children and adults.

Camp Excel is a comprehensive program that combines therapeutic and recreational activities to develop social skills and build self-esteem to assist in making friends and keeping friends. Throughout the day, our all-adult staff provides encouragement and guidance in using appropriate social skills, giving children the opportunity to experience in the moment learning, learning that stays with them!

 

 

Eligibility	Children, ages 5-17, and Young Adults, ages 18-26, attending Camp Excel Programs are supported with their social skills challenges. They have mild special needsChildren and Young Adults attending Camp Excel are supported with their social skills challenges and often have been diagnosed with ADHD, high functioning Autism Spectrum Disorder, Anxiety, Social Communication Disorder, Tourette's, Auditory Processing Disorder, Learning Disabilities, and other childhood or young adult diagnoses.
