By Design Social Skills & Counseling Center offers social skills instruction as well as counseling services for individuals ages four through adult. Our engaging Lego and Art Therapy social skills groups improve language, friendship, and play skills in a supportive environment with a focus on building self-esteem.

Our specialized ADHD programs are tailored to each client’s individual needs with a focus on counseling, executive function, social-emotional learning, and parental education. We also offer ADHD diagnostic testing for children ages five to ten.

Our practice specializes in treating anxiety, emotional dysregulation, mild depression, and pain management in a safe and nurturing environment. For younger children, counseling is integrated into play-based activities that are enjoyable and foster growth and emotional well-being

Lego Duplo Games Club

Young children will develop their social pragmatic, cooperative play, and friendship skills while playing with Lego Duplo blocks.  They will also engage in a variety of age-appropriate tabletop activities, gross motor games, and floor-time play, as well as pretend play.  Children do their best learning when they’re creating and having fun!
