The Housing Authority of the Borough of Belmar was established with the goal of providing housing opportunities for low-income seniors and individuals with disabilities.  Our main goal is to ensure safe, decent, and affordable housing for our residents?.

Belmar has a senior and handicapped residence facility, with 50 apartments, located on 8th. Avenue.
