MonmouthCares Announces the Opening of its New Headquarters

MonmouthCares is pleased to announce the opening of its new headquarters located at 3600 Highway 66, Suite 402, Neptune, NJ 07753. This move represents a significant milestone for the organization, a new cohesive space with enhanced offices and cubicles for improved collaboration for our team and the youth and families we serve.

The MonmouthCares official move to Neptune took place on November 1, 2025. The nonprofit organization is excited to be relocating at the Jersey Shore Corporate Center where they will occupy 18,000 square feet of space for approximately 113 employees. This move marks a considerable change, which will allow all team members to be together in a newly renovated
cohesive environment that will be welcoming for the families. The space features private offices for key leadership as well as nicely appointed meeting rooms for collaborating with community partners and families.

MonmouthCares Executive Director, Marin Kirby De Leon, explained the significance of the move, "We are so excited to be celebrating 25 years of serving youth and families in Monmouth County this upcoming February 2026 - and what better way to do that than a new office home."

MonmouthCares is a nonprofit Care Management Organization that is part of the New Jersey Children’s System of Care. Its mission is to facilitate positive change so that children with emotional and behavioral challenges, along with their families, have the greatest opportunity to live, thrive, and develop in their communities. Our youth may also have intellectual, developmental, substance use, and physical health challenges. Our services are free for families living in
Monmouth County that qualify by calling PerformCare at 1-877-652-7624.
MonmouthCares serves youth from 0-21 years old.

In addition to serving as a new office space for their employees, the office will provide meeting rooms for providers, stakeholders, community partners, and families. The new location’s proximity to major highways, in the heart of Monmouth County, will be easily accessible for visitors.

The new headquarters is a testament to MonmouthCares’ growth and commitment to providing their youth and families with the best possible experience in a welcoming, warm environment.
