Family & Children’s Service (FCS) is offering a Senior Wellness Program designed to reduce loneliness and isolation among older adults throughout Monmouth County. The program supports seniors living in the community as well as those in rehabilitation and long-term care facilities, helping them stay connected, engaged, and supported through regular wellness visits and meaningful activities.

The program provides in-home wellness assessments, personalized visits, and recreational activities tailored to each participant’s interests. Seniors can enjoy family tree projects, recipe book creation, arts and crafts, and board games, along with opportunities for intergenerational connection. The program also includes food insecurity screenings and referrals to ensure that older adults have access to essential resources.
