Colts Neck Township is accepting applications for affordable housing units at The Grande at Colts Neck condominium development. When a unit becomes available, eligible households are selected by lottery from the active pool, according to the Affordable Housing Alliance. The available units are priced between $191,950 and $216,934.

Units are located in The Grande at Colts Neck off Hunt Road.

Interested households are required to submit an application and income documentation in order to qualify. Please see flyer for eligible income requirements.
