The Affordable Housing Alliance (AHA) is pleased to announce the opening of several waiting lists for affordable housing opportunities in our community. These opportunities are available for both senior residents and individuals and families of all ages.

Available housing opportunities include:

•       Senior Apartment Buildings — Affordable housing communities designed specifically for senior residents.

•       All-Age Apartment Buildings — Affordable apartment homes open to individuals and families of all ages.

The waiting lists opened at 9:00 AM on Monday, April 6th. Applying online or by QR code is highly recommended. Paper applications are also available at our property management office for those who require them.

1. Spring House – Eatontown, NJ
