Anthony Damiano, Outreach Specialist III with the New Jersey Department of Labor & Workforce Development, will present an informational workshop on New Jersey's Temporary Disability Insurance (TDI) and Family Leave Insurance (FLI) programs.

Participants will learn how these wage-replacement benefit programs support individuals who need time away from work due to illness, injury, childbirth recovery, bonding with a new child, or caregiving responsibilities.

The presentation will cover eligibility requirements, application procedures, and how TDI and FLI can work together to maximize available benefits during challenging life transitions. This virtual program is hosted by the Ocean Monmouth Health Alliance.
