Understanding Upcoming Immigrant Eligibility Changes for Health Coverage

Join us for a public webinar where representatives from NJ Citizen Action and the New Jersey Division of Medical Assistance and Health Services (DMAHS) will provide an overview of upcoming changes to immigrant eligibility for Medicaid, Affordable Care Act (ACA) Marketplace coverage, and Medicare resulting from recently enacted federal laws.

The presentation will explain what is changing, who may be affected, implementation timelines, and what advocates, providers, and community members need to know to help individuals navigate these updates. Participants will also have the opportunity to ask questions and gain a clearer understanding of the new eligibility rules and their potential impact.

Live Spanish interpretation will be available.
