“Monmouth ACTS in My Community” brings DHHS social service representatives to towns across the County, making it easier than ever to access the services you need.
On set days and times each month, these representatives are available at convenient locations near you. Stop by to learn about programs like SNAP, NJ Family Care, Cash Assistance application inquiries, and more. Help is now just around the corner!

Coastal Communities Family Success Center (CCFSC)
The FSC is a “one-stop” shop that provides supports for families. We are a community-based, family-centered neighborhood gathering place where any community resident can address the problems that threaten the safety and stability of families.
Monmouth ACTS in My Community
This initiative allows Monmouth County residents the ability to access support and assistance more easily from DSS employees and learn about programs and County resources, as well as complete applications for SNAP, NJ Family Care, cash assistance programs, and more.
