Brookdale Community College is thrilled to announce the expansion of our student service efforts with the addition of a 4th pathway mentor. We are specifically seeking leaders within the Haitian community to fill this role, as we focus on providing exceptional support to our Haitian student community. 

As a Pathway Mentor, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in student success and retention. Pathway Mentors will be assigned to support Brookdale students, special emphasis on the needs of students at the regional locations. Additionally, Pathway Mentors will be assigned to participate in community events and outreach efforts weekdays, evenings and weekends providing workshop and group sessions.
