TRFODL is an open network of parents and community members of the Two River and surrounding area who work together to improve the outcomes of individuals with diverse learning styles, strengths, and abilities. TRFODL also serves as a resource networking group for Special Education Parent Advisory Groups in the Monmouth County NJ region. Please join us for open discussion about special education issues and resources.
