The goal of the Prevention Resource Network (PRN) is to reduce the spread of HIV infection and reinfection via Rapid HIV Testing and by modifying behavior through intense health education, risk reduction, and prevention case management initiatives directed toward women and men who are at risk for infection and reinfection.
