Paths to Recovery Youth is a harm reduction model program connecting youths ages 13-25 to support and treatment placement. Our licensed clinicians meet with patients at their hospital bedside to provide assessment, resources, and support to the youth and their family while they assist with treatment navigation and placement. 

Patients are eligible to receive support throughout their recovery journey with treatment navigation assistance, education, relapse prevention skills, and coaching.

Because we are an enhancement and expansion program, Paths to Recovery is here to work with you beyond your discharge date and in conjunction with your outpatient providers. Assistance with locating treatment, resources, and transportation are available.

Program eligibility includes youths ages 13-25 diagnosed with any Substance Use Disorder residing in Monmouth County (will consider Ocean County on a case-by-case basis at this time).
