Paths to Recovery Adult is a harm reduction model program connecting patients to Medications for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) and peer recovery support. Our Certified Peer Recovery Specialists meet with patients at their hospital bedside to provide education, support, and treatment navigation assistance. Paths to Recovery is here to work with you beyond your discharge date and in conjunction with your outpatient providers. Assistance with locating treatment, resources, and transportation are available, along with financial assistance for medication on a case-by-case basis. Program eligibility includes adults 18+ diagnosed with Opioid Use Disorder (can be active or in remission!) residing in Monmouth/Ocean County.
