Neptune Free Public Library

Our Mission: Connecting people with opportunities. The Neptune Free Public Library is a central gathering place for people to connect, attend events, and participate in programs. It provides free access to educational resources for all ages, including a vast array of books and databases, children's programs, adult literacy classes, and more.

Neptune Public Library was established as an independent municipal library on July 11, 1972 at a special township election to serve Neptune Township and Ocean Grove. Although the municipality primarily funds the Library, it is governed by an independent Board of Trustees.
