Registration Opens the Week of March 3, 2025.
It’s time to start thinking about summer camp! We have updated our website to include information for our 2025 camp season. If you are interested in signing your child up for camp this year, please take a look, as some information has changed.

Camp registration opens online only. If there are available spots after March 10, then in-person registration will be accepted.
Monday, March 3 - Those CURRENTLY in *Kindergarten and 1st grade.
Tuesday, March 4 - Those CURRENTLY in 2nd and 3rd grade.
Wednesday, March 5 - Those CURRENTLY in 4th and 5th grade.
Thursday, March 6 - Those CURRENTLY in 6th and 7th grade.
Friday, March 7 - Travel Camp - Those CURRENTLY in 8th and 9th grade.
Monday, March 10 - In person registration will be accepted (if space is available)
during normal business hours (8:30am-4:30pm).
Monday, March 10 - Transportation and Aftercare registration will be open during normal
business hours (8:30am-4:30pm).
Registration will be open until program is sold out. Please note - some grades may reach capacity before the program closes.
*Kindergarten and first-time campers MUST have eligibility documents (birth certificate and current MERS Report Card) uploaded to RecDesk prior to registration.
K/1st Grade Eligibility - Campers must have COMPLETED Kindergarten (or first grade) by the start of camp based on the MERS age eligibility - 5 years of age by October 1st of their Kindergarten year to register for Kindergarten and 6 years of age by October 1st of their first-grade year to register for first grade.
Travel Camp registrations will be accepted on a waitlist-only basis until the program can secure needed staff.
Camp Fees:
Camp (Grades K-7)
$1,100.00
*The 3rd child (or any additional
thereafter) is $550/child.
Travel Camp - TBA
CIT Program - $350
Transportation
Camp provides a shuttle service
to and from camp.
The fee is $225.00
*Each additional household family
member: $115.00
Aftercare
Eligibility Requirements: Please review the UPDATED eligibility requirements posted on our website
before registration. Any invalid or error registrations will incur a processing fee.
Aftercare runs every camp day from 3 pm-4:30 pm.
The daily rate is between $10-$15, depending on pickup time.
The full summer rate is $300.
There is NO aftercare on our last day of camp - pickup time is 11:30 am.
This program is contingent on minimum numbers registered for the full summer rate.
