Howell Public Library is a primary lending library and community center promoting library use by all, facilitated by our association with the Monmouth County Library System. We are committed to providing our patrons with their informational, educational, recreational, and cultural needs through our print and electronic sources, professional services, informational resources, and innovative programming.
