The Highlands Housing Authority (HHA) was established in 1953 and has been responsible for providing decent, safe and affordable housing and services ever since. Our current residents particularly appreciate our responsiveness to their needs and the delicate manner in which we address them. Our specialty is in the area of housing low to moderate income families. The HHA consists of two developments. We have a family development, Jennie Parker Manor, which consists of 30 units, and a senior facility, Ptak Towers, which consists of 95 units.
