Grace and Healing Psychotherapy, LLC is a leading provider of Intensive In-Community (IIC) services through the New Jersey Children’s System of Care (CSOC). Based in Red Bank, NJ, our practice is dedicated to delivering individualized, in-home mental health services to children, adolescents, and families experiencing emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges.

Our team consists of licensed clinicians specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), trauma-informed care, and mindfulness-based interventions. We work with youth facing anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma, mood disorders, behavioral concerns, and other mental health challenges.

At Grace and Healing Psychotherapy, we believe in a strength-based, family-centered approach that empowers children and caregivers. By providing services in the home and community, we help clients develop coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and foster healthy relationships in a familiar environment. Caregivers are actively involved in the treatment process to ensure long-term success and family stability.

Our practice is led by Dr. Clarissa Attara, LPC, LCADC, and Brenda Santos LPC, LCADC, both experienced professionals trained in evidence-based practices such as Motivational Interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and behavioral interventions. They bring years of expertise in supporting children and families through intensive, goal-oriented mental health care.

As a CSOC-approved provider, we are committed to accessible, high-quality services for families in need. Our collaborative, trauma-informed approach ensures that children receive the specialized support necessary to thrive. We accept referrals through CSOC and work closely with Care Management Organizations (CMOs) and other support systems to provide comprehensive, wraparound care.
