The Office of Homelessness Prevention (OHP) is pleased to announce two funding opportunities to closeout SFY2025:

• Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Rehousing Program (HPRP2)
• Homelessness Diversion Pilot Program

We invite your organization, other housing service providers in your community, and all interested parties to apply through DCA SAGE. We also encourage you to share this announcement broadly with your networks to maximize participation.

APPLICATION DEADLINE

All applications must be submitted in SAGE no later than 11:59 PM on June 2, 2025.

MANDATORY TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE SESSIONS

Applicants must attend at least one session for each program they intend to apply for:
