Jersey Shore Behavioral Healthcare - Children's Services

Office-based therapy. Children's Therapeutic Nursery Group: group counseling for children. Teaches coping, social skills, and anger management. Parents meet to address parenting issues. Groups offered at various times weekly. Number of sessions are based on individual basis. Therapeutic day program for children with psychiatric and behavioral problems. Psychiatric and Psychological Evaluations Child Evaluation Center: diagnosis and treatment of behavioral, developmental, and learning disorders. For all Meridian behavioral health services: 1-800-822-8905. Children's After-school, half day Partial Care program for children 7-13 who are experiencing emotional and behavioral difficulties. Program is year round.
